4. Catering - TJIOE THE CATERER (4 STARS)
Lauri-at style for your guests looked clean and organized I must say. Anyways, we got to survey some of our guest for the feedback on the food. As expected, we did not have a chance to eat them as well do take outs. Over-all the guests loved the seafood entrees. The salmon, shrimp and crab. Below photo was the menu and the food served to our guest. If I were to improve my menu, I would take out the Yangchow Fried Rice as guests were very full and it was barely touched. 1 star goes for the improvement of vegetarian entrees (this was outsourced I believed) and the waiters' service. To be fair, I was told the waiters were understaffed that day unexpectedly supposed 40 down to 30, hence affected the quality of service -- some tables have had foods pulled out even if they were not yet finished.

As for the styling, we chose standard for the guests table and paid a little extra styling for the couple stage, VIP (upgraded floral) and cake table (the tree).

5. Wedding Cake - ANGELYN CAKES (5 STARS)
Oh and that cake! Yes, it was the highlight of our stage. Unexpectedly it was huge. And that tree complemented the cake, amazing! It looked classy & elegant as we have envisioned and it tasted good as well. Groom was very happy! :)
